OXON HILL, Md. — As is customary on the primary evening of the American Baseball Coaches Affiliation annual conference, Division I coaches met Thursday for a dialogue led by ABCA Govt Director Craig Keilitz about present laws affecting Division I baseball and the general course of the game.
